ABOUT ME

I’m Sandy. MSc, BSc, ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) Certified Clinical Embryologist, HCPC (The Health and Care Professions Council) registered Clinical Embryologist and Certified Coach. I’m an American that grew up in Sweden, and studied at Lund University where I got a masters degree in Biomedical Sciences. I trained and qualified to be an Embryologist at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine in Malmö. In 2013 I moved to London after being offered a role as Clinical Embryologist at a private fertility clinic on Harley Street. Since then, I’ve worked in both NHS and private fertility clinics, where I continued to develop my skills and train junior members of staff.

Having worked in multiple clinics, I have a broad knowledge and understanding of IVF and laboratory procedures. When qualifying for the ESHRE certificate, I also acquired a vast knowledge in pre treatment investigations, hormone stimulations and genetics. Working in smaller clinics, where personalised patient care is the main focus, helped me grow in patient communication. As a coach, I use techniques that I’ve learned through my coaching certification but also from training in Compassion Focussed Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming.

With my background and scientific expertise, I offer a unique insight to fertility coaching and hope that I can help you along your journey.
